Anna Silk is a Canadian actor born the 31st of January 1974. She is best known for her role as Bo from the Showcase television show Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter of Peter an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, an acclaimed performer, actress, and playwright as well as Director of Drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna was a child and watched her mother working and going to practice sessions for plays. Silk starred in numerous commercials for children. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced two of its first productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk made the move to Toronto for further development of her acting career in November 1999.
